Role: Visionary

Approach: Tyler has an incredible ability to analyze situations and develop a rock-solid game plan for success. He sees the things that others don’t and sets the right activity in motion to protect service performance while generating a path to growth. He is mature beyond his years… an inspiring leader who always considers how decisions will affect every member of the team.

Did you know? Tyler attended Selkirk Music College.

Hobbies: Tyler is a family man with a passion for cars and music.

Role: Integrator

Approach: Kayla uses a heart-centred approach to everything she does. She cares for people and is always looking out for the wellbeing of others. She maintains a strong drive toward the TAK vision without compromising compassion for the team. Her ability to maintain a steady focus reflects the magnitude of her professionalism.

Hobbies: Kayla loves spending quality time with her husband, kids and her two dogs.

Role:

Approach: Iris somehow manages to effectively keep the TAK books in order while raising three adorable busy boys. She is an effective team player and performs her duties with a refined level of enthusiasm. Her optimism is infectious as she see challenges more as opportunities rather than obstacles. Iris has a keen ability to visualize the entirety of challenges. She gives consideration to the impact of her decisions and aligns everything with the TAK Core Values. Her focus on creating the Higher Standard ensures that decisions are made after gathering the appropriate facts and supportive data.

Did you know? Before getting her CGA designation, Iris traveled to the UK and spontaneously ended up living in the English countryside for a few years

Hobbies: Besides being the President of the Hudson, Karter and Brody Fan club (her three boys), Iris also enjoys travelling and exploring new places locally and afar (as well as enjoying her love for wine!)

Role:

Approach: Jenn is persistent and persevering in her approach to achieving goals. She is the “anchor of reality” and steadfast in her pursuit of quality. Jenn’s positive, smiling personality is unwavering even when things get challenging. She is disciplined and driven to achieve high standards.

Did you know? Jenn started at TAK as a temp office worker in 2012

Hobbies: Jenn loves dogs and can often be found chasing her 2 German Shepards

Approach: Daniel is optimistic and has a positive sense of humor. He utilizes his people skills to build team involvement and creates organizational momentum in a positive and friendly way. Daniel is a creative problem solver who thinks outside the box when gathering information.

Hobbies: When not deep into dispatch Daniel enjoys spending time with his family

Role:

Approach: Tina has a solid background in customer service management. This along with her alignment to the TAK Core Values make her an absolute fit for the TAK Team. She is optimistic and possess a serving heart that is enthusiastic. She influences people with her warmth and leads others to see the positive in every situation. Tina builds confidence in others through her People-oriented approach. She places her focus on people. To her, strangers are just friends she hasn't met yet!

Did you know? In a past life, Tina was Daniels Mc'Manager

Hobbies: Tina loves international travel and is an avid Zumba participant

Role: Effective logistics coordination and account management for our 3PL clients

Approach: Oswald is all about the relationship. He develops positive rapport with his Team mates, vendors and of course works hard to build amazing client relationships by delivering the TAK Higher Standard. Oswald has an amazing even keel demeanor that makes him awesome to work with. He uses balanced judgement that brings stability to everyone he works with. While he is usually people-oriented, he does have a strong technical side. He takes time for study and analysis, particularly when handling challenging assignments. Oswald is consistent in his approach and can always be counted on.

Hobbies: Oswald is a major soccer fan

Approach: Ariana is a steady and dependable team member. She is focused on quality and will always gather data for effective decision making. When faced with a tough decision, she seeks information and analyzes it thoroughly. Ariana is consistent and steady in her service-oriented approach. Gifted in accuracy Ariana constantly performs and produces work at the TAK Higher Standard. Her peaceful demeanor and warm personality are a pleasure to have around the office.
