Approach: Adam spearheads the commercial engine at TAK Logistics, leading the team and strategy for Intermodal Drayage Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. He brings a formidable 15-year pedigree from CN Rail, where he rapidly ascended to Director of Supply Chain Sales following high-impact tenures in National Account and Market Management. The Strategic Edge: Adam doesn't just manage logistics; he re-engineers them. By dismantling operational silos and integrating intermodal and drayage strategies, he transforms fragmented supply chains into unified, data-driven competitive advantages. He aligns cross-functional teams with surgical precision, delivering the innovative infrastructure necessary for his supply chain partners and customers to excel in their respective markets.

Did you know? A native of Saskatchewan, Adam holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Saskatchewan—a foundation that allows him to navigate market volatility with analytical authority. Having operated in Canada’s major hubs from Montreal to Vancouver, he possesses a rare, coast-to-coast perspective on the North American trade landscape.

Hobbies: Adam’s professional drive extends beyond his career. A former university-level football player and seasoned World Series of Poker competitor, he excels in high-pressure environments that reward calculated risk and an unwavering drive to win.

Approach: Marc has always taken a People-first approach in his decision making. He values a positive and respectful team environment which motivates employees to maximize their efficiency and productivity.

Did you know? Marc started his career in transportation with Sunac Intermodal in St.Bruno,QC back in 1990. Marc became the President and COO of Transport PAD in Montreal from 2019 to 2025.

Hobbies: Marc enjoys cooking, curling, golf, taking long walks, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering his time to help those in need.
